Without any maintenance, your liquid facelift will last 1-2 years.
Your body will safely metabolise the relaxant and dermal filler we use in our treatment over time. However, the length of time that process takes will vary depending on where the injectables are placed and how much we use. The more expressive areas of your face (such as your lips and the outer edges of your eyes) will metabolise the injectables quicker and may last between 6-12 months.
Your treatment plan will include a recommended schedule for regular maintenance injections.
Liquid facelift injections are no more painful than any other medical injections you may have received in the past. However, we can apply a numbing cream to your face to remove any discomfort and ease your anxiety around needles.
In the days following your treatment, you may feel a mild itching or redness around the injection points. This is natural and to be expected — it is simply your body healing. The symptoms will alleviate within a few days.
