When you first arrive at our clinic, you'll need to fill out some forms and answer some questions about your lifestyle. Then, we'll meet with you and discuss your concerns. Afterwards, we'll take photos of your face using our Clinical Imaging System. This will show us signs of pigmentation, broken capillaries, or any other skin concerns. Then we'll create a treatment plan tailored to you and your unique situation.

When you have your free initial consultation with one of our accredited dermal clinicians, it's best to come equipped with the names of the brands you have been using for your current skin care regime. We'll ask you to let us know your current skin concerns. We may even test a product on your skin before you leave, so it's best to be without makeup. But, if you're not, we can always wash your makeup off for you.
Aftercare instructions are entirely dependent on the product you are using. We recommend following the instructions on the bottles, or as laid out in our detailed treatment plan guides. If you experience any discomfort after using the products, stop using the product and call our clinic — we'll give you advice on the spot.
We have a skin care brand we trust for sensitive skin types. Medik8 has no parabens, pthalates or sulphates, and uses only clinically-proven ingredients. We prescribe Medik8 to address a wide range of skin concerns, from congestion to pigmentation.
Yes, many of the brands we use to keep your skin fresh and bright. But Emepelle uses a clinically safe product called MEP which helps restore lost collagen. It has proven results in helping women with low estrogen skin bounce back.
We prescribe BiRetix to assist with congestion problems. We often recommend using the Spot-Control Program, which is broken into two phases. In the first, it boosts your skin with a face peel containing willow bark extract and other vitamins to stimulate cell renewal. The second phase involves using the BiRetix Mask, a clay mask rich in minerals and antioxidants.
