Mr Goran Gacovski

With over 15 years of experience in non-surgical facial rejuvenation, advanced laser skin treatments, minor surgical procedure, injectables, and research, Goran is dedicated to helping patients enhance their natural beauty with safe and effective treatments. He believes in a personalised, science-backed approach that prioritises subtle, natural-looking results and patient well-being.

Goran’s background in Medical Diagnostic Imaging and Radiology, along with a Master’s in Medical and Clinical Ultrasound (University of South Australia) specialising in vascular disease, a strong background of Physics and Haemodynamics, gives him a deeper understanding of skin health, Physiological conditions, and aesthetic procedures.

Throughout his career, Goran has had the opportunity to collaborate with specialists in Phlebology, Vascular Surgery, Radiology, Lymphedema, Lipoedema, and Aesthetic Medicine, gaining valuable insights across different areas of healthcare. This led him to gain further qualifications in Post Graduate Diploma in Dermal Science (Australasian Academy of Cosmetic Dermal Science), RN (CDU), Dermoscopy, Clinical Procedures & Planning, General Dermatology and Aesthetic Medicine certified by the (Health Cert - RACGP & Bond University).

A firm believer in continuous learning, Goran is currently pursuing a Master’s in Research and is a PhD candidate, further developing his expertise in aesthetic medicine, lasers, technology, and anatomy taking his passion of skin health and science to a new level.  

As a member of the Australasian Society of Dermal Clinicians, the Aesthetic Medical Emergency Team (AMET), and the Australian Sonography Accreditation Registry, Goran is committed to providing ethical, patient-focused care. He takes the time to understand each patient's unique needs and works with them to achieve realistic and satisfying outcomes.

Beyond his clinical work, Goran enjoys mentoring and educating others in the industry. He regularly participates in training and conferences, sharing his knowledge with aspiring aesthetic practitioners and clinicians. As the founder of the Victorian Dermal Group, he is also involved in business development within the aesthetic industry and a strong advocate for patient safety and ethical practice.

Outside of work, Goran enjoys sailing, exploring nature, and spending time with his Shih Tzu, Smoosh.
