You can book a time to visit one of our dermal clinicians either by phone on [phone] or in person, at our clinic. Unfortunately, we don't take bookings via email.
We're a busy clinic (and we love our growing client base), so we have a cancellation fee of $100 if you don't give a minimum of 24 hour's notice before cancelling an appointment. This is so our clinicians' are respected, and we can give the allotted time frame to someone else.
We don't have a refund policy if you simply change your mind once you've received a treatment. However, if you feel we have failed to perform the service adequately, please get in touch with us, and we'll try to resolve the issue.
