Nicole

With a Diploma in Beauty Therapy completed in 2007, Nicole embarked on a career in the Beauty Industry and have since grown into a leadership role. Over the years, Nicole transitioned from hands-on work as a Beauty Therapist, including laser and skin treatments, to overseeing operations and management, opening new clinics, and offering support to existing ones in need of guidance.

Now, nearly two years into her role at Victorian Dermal Group, Nicole focuses on supporting and mentoring our staff, working closely with doctors and medical professionals, and continuing to expand her expertise at an advanced level. Nicole’s journey has allowed her to develop a well-rounded understanding of the industry and takes pride in helping our team thrive while enhancing our patients' experiences.

Outside of work Nicole enjoys going to Pilates,  beach walks with her French Bulldog, Olive and spending time with her loved ones.
